cambio is a pre-launch home and outdoor brand. We are not yet selling products. This policy explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what your choices are. Plain English. No surprises.
Who we are
cambio is a brand operated by Patrisia Maria, contactable at hello@cambio-living.com. Our website is cambio-living.com.
What we collect
When you join our waitlist or click "Notify me" on a product, you give us:
- Your email address (required, so we can tell you when we launch)
- Your first name (optional)
- Your ZIP or postal code (optional, helps us plan shipping zones)
- Which products or collections you're most interested in (optional)
When you visit any page, our hosting provider and our analytics tools automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page you viewed, and the time. This is standard for every website on the internet.
What we do with it
We use your information only to:
- Email you when our store opens and during our launch window
- Understand which products are most in demand so we can stock them
- Plan shipping zones based on rough geographic interest
- Improve the website and measure whether our ads are reaching the right people
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with brokers or list buyers.
Who we share it with
To run the site and emails, we rely on a few service providers who handle your data on our behalf:
- Netlify — hosts the website and stores your form submissions
- Google Analytics — measures website traffic (only added once we activate it)
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel — measures ad performance (only added once we activate it)
Each of these companies has their own privacy practices, which you can read on their websites.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or until two years after our public launch, whichever comes first. After that, we either delete it or anonymize it.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails any time using the link at the bottom of every email we send.
- You can ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@cambio-living.com. We'll do it within 30 days.
- You can ask us what we hold about you and we'll send you a copy.
- If you live in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA — including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any "sale" of your information. We don't sell your information, but the right is yours regardless.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for site functionality and (later) for analytics and ad measurement. You can block cookies through your browser settings; some site features may stop working if you do.
Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email to anyone on the waitlist.
