cambio-living.com is currently a pre-launch website. These terms explain what the site is, what it isn't, and a few ground rules. By using the site you agree to them.
The site is pre-launch
cambio is not yet selling products. You won't find prices, a cart, or a checkout. The product images and descriptions on the site preview pieces we intend to offer when we open the store. Details, materials, dimensions, and availability may change between now and launch.
Joining the waitlist
When you join the waitlist or use "Notify me," you are signing up to receive email from us about our launch. You are not buying anything, and we are not promising to deliver any specific product. We may invite you to be among the first to shop when the store opens, but inclusion is not guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
- Give us a real email address that you actually use.
- Don't use the site or its forms to send spam, malicious content, or anything illegal.
- Don't try to disrupt the site, scrape it in bulk, or interfere with how it works for others.
Our content
All site copy, photography, branding, and design on cambio-living.com belongs to cambio or its licensors. You're welcome to share a link to the site or screenshot it for personal or editorial use. Republishing or commercial use isn't permitted without our written permission.
No warranties
We offer the site "as is" during pre-launch. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee it will be available at all times or that everything described will be available when we open the store.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cambio is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Since the site does not yet sell anything, the practical exposure here is minimal — but we say it for completeness.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of business. Any dispute should first be raised by emailing hello@cambio-living.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes
We may update these terms before our public launch. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
